Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with. The Exposcale platform is operated by two affiliated companies, each responsible for a distinct part of the service:

• EXPOSCALE CONSULTANCY - FZCO ("Exposcale Store") — sells the products listed on our store: subscription plans and one-time packages (ad accounts, profiles, account structures). Payments for these are processed by our payment provider, Whop.
• EXPOSCALE AGENCY LLP ("Exposcale Wallet") — operates the platform wallet, receives your deposits by bank transfer, and provides top-up services for the ad accounts assigned to you.

"Exposcale", "we", "us" refers to whichever entity provides the specific service concerned. These Terms govern both.

1. The service

Exposcale provides business customers with access to advertising accounts and related infrastructure on third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta), a prepaid wallet to fund advertising spend, a dashboard to manage accounts, balances and top-ups, and optional subscription plans that reduce top-up fees and add benefits such as replacement of disabled accounts.

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Google, or any other advertising platform.

2. Eligibility and business use

The service is offered to businesses and professionals only (B2B and business-purpose B2C). By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are acting for business purposes, and that the information you provide (including any company details and VAT identification) is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you purchase on our store before creating an account, an account is created for you automatically under the email you used at checkout; you claim it by setting a password through the password-reset flow. Notify us immediately at maximilian@expo-scale.org if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Fees and payment

4.1 Store purchases (plans and packages)

Plans and one-time packages are sold by EXPOSCALE CONSULTANCY - FZCO at the prices shown at checkout, in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected by our payment processor, Whop. Subscription plans renew monthly and are charged to your payment method by Whop until cancelled. Whop calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes on these sales; our receipt documents the purchase accordingly.

4.2 Wallet deposits and top-up fees

Wallet deposits are made by bank transfer to EXPOSCALE AGENCY LLP using the reference code shown on your deposit invoice. Your wallet is credited when the funds are received and matched. A top-up fee applies when you move wallet funds onto an ad account; the percentage depends on your plan and is always shown before you confirm. Fees are stated in our fee schedule in the dashboard and may change prospectively with notice.

4.3 No interest; no e-money

Wallet balances are prepayments for our services, do not accrue interest, and are not a deposit, e-money or payment account. Balances are redeemable against services or withdrawable per Section 6.

5. Ad accounts and acceptable use

Ad accounts and structures remain subject to the advertising platform's own terms and policies, which you must comply with at all times. You must not use the service to advertise anything unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited by the relevant advertising platform, including without limitation: illegal products or services, counterfeits, weapons, adult content where prohibited, misleading claims, or circumvention of platform enforcement.

We may suspend or withdraw access to an ad account, refuse a top-up, or terminate the service where we reasonably believe your use breaches these Terms, platform policies, or applicable law, or exposes us or other customers to risk. Where an advertising platform disables an account, replacement (if any) is governed by your plan's stated benefits.

6. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of unused wallet balance and, where supported, of unspent balances on assigned ad accounts. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and paid to a bank account held in your name. We may require identity or ownership verification before paying out and may deduct transfer costs actually incurred.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Store purchases: one-time packages are delivered manually after payment; once delivery has begun they are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period; cancellation and refund handling for card payments is administered through Whop.

Wallet deposits: an unmatched or excess deposit is refundable to the originating bank account. Credited balances are withdrawable per Section 6 rather than refundable as a payment reversal.

Initiating a card chargeback for a purchase that was delivered as described is a breach of these Terms; we may suspend the associated services while a dispute is open.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including actions of advertising platforms and payment providers) may affect availability. Support is available at maximilian@expo-scale.org.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, we are not liable for: decisions or enforcement actions of advertising platforms (including account disablement and lost campaign performance); indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data; or events beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in that period, and (b) USD 500. Your wallet balance is not "fees" for this purpose and remains yours per Sections 4 and 6.

10. Term and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; any unused wallet balance is paid out per Section 6. We may terminate with reasonable notice, or immediately for material breach, unlawful use, or sustained risk to the platform. On termination we settle outstanding balances and retain records we are legally required to keep.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version and date shown above identify the text you accepted; material changes are notified in the dashboard or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

Contracts with EXPOSCALE CONSULTANCY - FZCO are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and contracts with EXPOSCALE AGENCY LLP by the laws of England and Wales, in each case excluding conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
